ABOUT ALFI GROUP
With more than 500 million EUR in assets under management, we are positioned as the leading group of alternative investment funds in the region. We are primarily focused on investments in Slovenia and Croatia, with a secondary focus on Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
ALFI Funds were established in 2017 as a part of KF Finance group. While working on transactions in the region we noticed that many investment opportunities were left unexploited. They were too small for foreign investors, while the local market was too shallow to address them all. By combining our know-how and the trust of local private investors we have setup our first fund to address the gap on the market for non-performing loans. We were recognized as a credible partner also by institutional investors (banks, insurance companies, pension funds) and EIF (European Investment Fund) and with a broader investor base we also expanded our fund offering to include other asset classes.
