ALFI GLOBAL FUND OF FUNDS
INVESTMENT STRATEGY
ALFI Global Fund of Funds, SIS (the “Fund”) is the first alternative investment fund in the region to pursue a fund-of-funds strategy. A fund-of-funds enables diversified exposure to alternative funds managed by a larger number of managers, across different markets, segments and industries, and across multiple vintage years. It also provides access to target funds that would otherwise be difficult or impossible for investors to enter due to high minimum commitments and complex legal documentation. The core of the Fund will be the large-cap buyout segment, complemented by selected funds investing in SMEs.
The Fund will pursue a diversification strategy by investing in 10–15 funds, with a primary focus on Western, Northern and Central Europe.
