ALFI Renewables, Aspiravi International (part of the Belgian Aspiravi Group) and the Swiss company Zero Emissions AG have agreed main terms of cooperation on the 125 MW wind farm project in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). The project is close to “Ready-to-build” phase, with construction planned for 2025-2026 and start of operations in 2027.
“We are proud to announce that ALFI has reached an agreement on the key parameters of cooperation with partners Aspiravi International and Zero Emissions AG on a wind farm project in Livno, BIH, which envisages 19 wind turbines with a total capacity of 125 MW”, said Suvad Bajrić, director and partner ALFI Renewables, manager of the ALFI Green Energy Fund, the largest regional fund for investing in renewable energy sources. ALFI would become one of the investors in the project, contributing also its experience from the Krivača project, especially in arranging project financing and the sale of electricity (PPA).
ALFI Green Fund is part of ALFI Group, which manages more than EUR 500 million across 5 asset classes, with a focus on SEE region.
