About
ALFI PD, Specialised Investment Fund is in the view of the complexity and characteristic of the investments in which it invests its assets defined as a specialised investment fund of private debt. The Fund strategy is aimed at financing of SMEs and Small Mid-caps.
The Fund primarily invests in Republic of Slovenia and in Republic of Croatia but can also invest in other EU Member State countries as well.

ALFI PD grants both secured and unsecured loans, including mezzanine loans. The terms and conditions are tailored to each case individually.

Short and long term up to 7 years
Loan availability and repayment profiles (including potential grace periods) are designed to match financial needs of your company/project
The interest rate is set on a fixed or floating basis, as preferred by the borrower. Fees normally include commitment and arrangement fees

First subsequent closing of ALFI PD at EUR 41 million
We are happy to announce the closing of ALFI Private Debt Fund at EUR 41 million; final closing is set at 31.3.2022.
